Golf without a private-club initiation fee

Quivira's Jack Nicklaus Signature course is known for its cliffside greens and ocean holes. Unlike many private golf communities in Los Cabos, Quivira homeowners don't pay a large initiation fee for golf. They play at a preferred owner's rate instead. Residents also have access to the oceanfront beach club, pools, fitness facilities, restaurants and Q Life, the community's wellness and activities program. Golf access follows the community's current club terms.
